payment info
payments must be paid in full, up front. i only take paypal or payments through kofi.i prefer paypal friends and family, but if using goods and services payment, you must cover the fee lost in the transaction.

work deadlines
i generally take around 2-3 days to finish an emote, and up to 1-3 weeks for larger pieces. if a commission is not finished in 3 weeks, you may request a full refund.depending on the commission, i may request a rush fee for more detailed drawings, which we can negotiate.

commercial use
if using for any commercial purpose, such as twitch emotes or reuploaded onto social media, i will request a commercial fee which we can negotiate.

art usage policy
i do not allow my art to be used for any third party merch sites or for ai training.please do not use my commissioned work and claim it as your original art.if you will be reuploading the artwork on social media, please do so with credits by tagging my account. please do not upload the version without the watermark.

base / inspired emotes policy
please make sure that any existing emotes you have selected for me to replicate as your chosen character allow remakes or are existing art trends.a base from the internet is okay, but i will not replicate another artist's work without permission.
